Roland AIRA Academy Opens This Summer
Roland have joined forces with SubBass, an organisation that provides production courses, to introduce the AIRA Academy.
Over the two day course, based at the SubBass Academy of Electronic Music in Westminster, London, students will expand their knowledge of the Roland AIRA range of production and performance gear.
Course topics include history of the 808 and 909 drum machines, plus hands-on tips about the AIRA TR-8, how to sync the TR-8 with the TB-3 and recording variations of melody into Logic or Ableton, with focus on the AIRA System-1 and VT-3 on day two of the course. The 16-hour course will be led by DJ and Producer Fabio Lendrum. Courses will be run on the weekends of the 23rd May, 13th June and 22nd August, priced at £375.
