On top of providing all the features found on the SP-404, the new SP-404SX offers improved sound quality, improved DSP effects and smooth FX switching.
In addition the SX has a more versatile pattern sequencer, and easier management with SD-card compatibility.
With a built-in mic and battery power available, the SP-404SX is a very portable unit, and you can literally start sampling anytime and anywhere.
The SP-404SX has a total of 29 DSP effects, including filter, delay, unique voice effects, subsonic and looper.
It's also possible to import audio files from a computer and assign to the samplers pads using the bundled software (compatible on both Mac and PC).
