Rolling Stones guitar player to unveil life story
Keith Richards, electric guitar player with The Rolling Stones, is planning to publish his autobiography.
The life story of the legendary musician will be published this autumn and is set to lift the lid on many of the myths and stories surrounding the veteran rock band.
Interest in the book should be high, as the Stones hit the top of the UK album charts recently with a rereleased version of Exile on Main Street.
The new version features ten bonus tracks, including some songs that have never been heard before.
However, the band are currently starting work on an album of brand new material.
Rolling Stones frontman Sir Mick Jagger recently told BBC News that Richards is particularly keen to get his guitar out and write some songs.
He confirmed that the pair would be meeting up soon to work on new tracks.
"I've been writing quite a lot of music," Sir Mick added.Posted on 4 Jun 2010 13:00 to category : Band / Celebrity News
