Serato Release DJ 1.3.0 Upgrade and FX Expansion Packs
The new DJ software includes Multi FX, a Record function, 8 cues and full looping, up to 4 deck mixing, a sample player with 4 banks of 6 samples, the ability to use a secondary MIDI controller and video support to create a sonically and visually stunning set.
Coinciding with the launch of Serato DJ 1.3.0 are two FX expansion packs, the Back Pack and the Wolf Pack. The Wolf Pack is available for free, and both are developed with the help of iZotope.
Not only can you add extra effects to your collection, you can chain up to three effects in one. The updated software includes a brand new setup feature, helping you keep your effects lists in order. Add and remove effects from the new Favourite FX list to suit your needs and get rid of the effects you don't need for your performance.
Compatible with many controllers including Novation Twitch , Pioneer DDJ-S1 and -SX, and Numark Mixtrack Pro II. Slip Mode, only previously available when using Serato DJ with the DDJ-S1, has been made available across all supported controllers. Slip Mode lets you manipulate the track and then jump back to where you started.
You can download the free 14 day trial of Serato DJ from the Serato website .
