Skunk Anansie stickman joins Drummer Live line-up
Mark Richardson of Skunk Anansie is set to play at Europe's biggest drum kit celebration, Drummer Live, on June 14th.
The stickman has been confirmed as performing on day two of the ExCeL London-based event by the London International Music Show, visitors to which will be able to gain access to free music classes taking place over the two days at Docklands.
Joining Richardson on the Sunday will be Nicko McBrain of Iron Maiden, top session drummer Pete Lockett and Jamiroquai's Derrick McKenzie and Sola Akingbola.
Prince's drummer Cora Coleman, Steve Smith of Journey and Spock's Beard's Nick D'Virgilio will all take to the stage the day before.
Skunk Anansie were thrown back into the spotlight last month when, having disbanded in 2001, they got back together to play two secret shows using the alias SCAM.
They are expected to release a greatest hits album along with some new material later this year.
