Slash announces UK shows
The former Guns N' Roses lead guitarist will play at Nottingham Arena on February 28th before moving on to Blackpool's Empress Ballroom, with this due to take place on March 1st 2013.
Slash's return to the UK has been announced in the wake of his last jaunt around the country promoting his second solo album Apocalyptic Love which featured Alter Bridge vocalist Myles Kennedy.
The 2013 dates coincide with the guitarist's tour across Europe, on which he will visit countries such as Russia, the Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic and Romania among others.
Slash played tracks off his new record at the 2012 Download Festival where he was joined by Kennedy as the pair headlined the Zippo Encore Stage on the opening night of the iconic event.
The guitarist made his name during his time with Guns N' Roses but has always maintained that a reformation with the original members of the band will never come to pass, despite frontman Axl Rose carrying on the group's name and headlining Leeds and Reading Festival in 2010.
