Steinberg Announces Dorico Scoring Software

Steinberg Dorico
Steinberg Dorico
Steinberg's Dorico will see musical intelligence, well designed workflow and next generation 64-bit scoring all combined in the new notation software.

Powerful score management features can handle multiple independent pieces of music within the same project whilst an unlimited number of staves and movements, sections, or pieces within the same project make creation simple.

Dorico easily creates layouts for full scores, conductor scores and instrumental parts with independent page size, staff size and system layout.

The new software also allows you to use your computer keyboard or MIDI keyboard to input music quickly and efficiently and features superior note spacing with optical kerning of adjacent elements, with tighter default spacing and no rhythmic distortion.

You can import and export in MusicXML, MIDI and graphics formats. Steinberg's Dorico will be available for purchase later in 2016.
