The Killers announce massive UK summer show
The Las Vegas four-piece will perform at England's national stadium on June 22nd and it will represent the band's biggest-ever standalone show as they appear at the 90,000-capacity football ground.
Brandon Flowers and co are currently in the middle of a sold-out UK tour which will conclude at London's O2 Arena on November 16th and 17th as they continue their cycle of their latest album Battle Born.
Speaking about the newly-announced Wembley date, drummer Ronnie Vanucci told NME: "We started out here in the UK so to come back and play Wembley, I don't know what I can say about it. Every couple of months there's something along those lines that sort of blows me out of the water. Obviously, this is the cream of the crop of dreams coming true."
A number of major acts have graced the Wembley stage since its completion in 2007 with Muse, Coldplay, Foo Fighters and Green Day all rocking audiences in that time.
Tickets for The Killers' show go on sale on Friday (November 16th) at 09:00 GMT priced between £35 and £65.
