The Streets finish after ten years
Mike Skinner, who fronted the British R&B/garage outfit, invited fans on stage for drinks after playing some of the band's classic hits, reported Spinner.
The evening was particularly poignant as it marked Skinner's 32nd birthday.
Hits from the band include Has It Come To This, Let's Push Things Forward, Fit But You Know It and Dry Your Eyes.
The Streets were known for bringing something distinct to the UK music scene with Skinner's inimitable style of laidback conversational vocals covering lots of interesting and controversial subject matter.
The news provider reported that there were approximately 7,500 fans at the Big Reunion Festival.
It is believed that Skinner will now concentrate on new musical endeavours, including The Dot, a new act he has put together with Robert Harvey.
Interestingly, Skinner is taking a backseat on vocal duties with Harvey, the former frontman of The Music, picking up the microphone on most tracks.
