Vox Series 22 is 'affordable and playable'
According to Mi-Pro, the design of the instrument borrows elements from the Virage, Series 77, 55 and 33 guitars.
It will be available for purchase in July of this year and it will have the double cutaway that featured so prominently in Vox's NAMM launches.
"These instruments were made using advanced modern production methods and hands-on craftsmanship, resulting in a guitar that is remarkably playable and versatile, giving the user a personal voice," the news provider observed.
Available in red, black, white and sunburst, the 22 series is a "serious guitar at a seriously affordable price", according to the makers.
It will have a strap button extension system that will allow for enhanced instrument balance, while the contoured body will allow for "fatigue-free" playing.
Improved tuning stability is also offered by the Max Connect aluminium bridge, as it provides a wide intonation range.
While at the NAMM, Vox unveiled a number of different products, including the new range of Tony Bruno amps.
The highly-respected boutique amp designer collaborated with the manufacturer on the all-tune designs.Posted on 28 Jan 2011 10:55 to category : Instruments News
