Vox launches new range of electric ukuleles
As Musikmesse 2013 gets into full swing in Frankfurt, the company has unveiled the Ukelectric 33 Series of instruments that can be played anytime, anywhere thanks to a built-in amp and speaker.
For musicians wanting to record their tracks, the Ukelectrics can be plugged into standard amps or mixers allowing for authentic sounds created by the tones of the instrument while also having a great option for 'silent'.
The instruments are available in natural brown, black burst, red burst and white colour schemes suiting all tastes.
Vox has also announced the launch of the mini3 G2 portable modeling amplifier which is the next step in the Mini3 series and feature the original 'bassilator' circuit which the company states will enhance tone quality for players.
It delivers a heavy sound while also incorporating ultra-low frequencies as well as built-in effects such as compressor, chorus, flanger, tremolo and delay/reverb.
