Washburn launches Paul Stanley signature guitar
The company has unveiled the New Paul Stanley PS10 Starfire Guitar which makers have said is the most affordable instrument within the range but still provides a superior tone and playability.
It has been made with input from the legendary Kiss guitarist and is based on his Washburn PS12 model. It features a carved "raised centre", solid mahogany body and neck which will give performers extended sustain.
Washburn explained that the PS10 Starfire integrates high quality hardware of a Tune-O-Matic bridge with stop trailpiece, graphie nute and diecast tuners which will give the player the ability to precisely tune the instrument with ease.
Coming in at a price of just over £450, which includes a gig bag, it is the perfect guitar for those members of Kiss Army who want to replicate Stanley's sound but are purchasing on a budget.
Stanley is one of the founding members of the rock group which released their last album, Monster, in October 2012 scoring a number one in the US Billboard Hard Rock Charts.
