Watch Dave Grohl Play 20th Anniversay Show with a Broken Leg
Only a week after their cancelled headline slot at Glastonbury, Foo Fighters returned to the stage for their 20th Anniversary Blowout in Washington DC.

In spectacular style, Dave Grohl performed on the 4th of July from his custom-built Game of Thrones-inspired chair that he designed himself while he was "high as a f**king kite" in hospital.

Grohl broke his leg when he fell off stage last month in Gothenburg, Sweden. He was ordered by doctors to pull out of several European shows, including Wembley Stadium, but told his fans in Washington "I'm not missing this show for the world."

Determined to play the 4th of July show that marked the 20th anniversary of the release of their debut album, Dave Grohl took to the stage sat on his throne made of guitar necks, featuring the Foo Fighters logo and an amplifier underneath the seat.

"Nothing is impossible!" said Grohl. The band will now continue with their US tour.
