YO1 Inside Out Festival Coming to York Next Week
Craig Charles and Young Knives to Headline
Inside Out Festival on Saturday 2nd June 2012 features Red Dwarf star Craig Charles headlining, alongside bands such as Young Knives and Haggis Horns.

YO1 Events is a collection of York's promoters, musicians and artists putting on a day long entertainment feast.

Hosted at Askham Bryan College in York, the festival forms part of the York 800 celebrations.

The event takes advantage of indoor and outdoor spaces to create fun for all the family.

York Does Vintage are hosting an indoor event with vintage stalls, beauty and dancing, while the Best of British Jubilee tent will feature local real ales and a Pimms bar.

Artistic and creative things to make and do will be provided by Wrong Side of the River and The Division of Spectacular Tasks.

There will also be free inflatables and face painting for all children under 12.

The Duchess stage will feature Young Knives alongside the likes of Sheffield's The Crookes and The History of Apple Pie.

Local DJ collectives Freakin and Irie Vibes will be appearing on their respective stages, offering entertainment until 3.15am.

Tickets are £15 for adults, £10 for teens and 12s and under are free.
