The Spider V has been updated to its MkII iteration for 2019. Find out what's new, here!

The Line 6 Spider is the go-to family of amplifiers for practising and performing guitarists. Line 6 has updated this series for 2019, and the Spider V MkII now features brand-new tonal presets, as well as a new Classic Speaker mode.

Line 6 Spider V MkII - New Presets

The Spider MkII family has been loaded with all-new presets, including specially-crafted vintage amp sounds – designed by a renowned tube amp maker - as well as new Artist and Iconic Song collections.

The MkII’s vintage amp presets are created to give you the organic sound and feel of a real tube amp, while the Artist and Iconic Song presets allow you to try out the sounds of your favourite players and songs at the push of a button.

Line 6 Spider MkII – Classic Speaker Mode

The Spider Series features full-range speakers which can reproduce modelled guitar tones with absolute clarity, right across the sound spectrum. This full range speaker is also perfect for a crisp acoustic guitar sound, as well as allowing you to playback music as it was meant to be heard.

For players who prefer the more focussed response of a traditional guitar speaker, Line 6 has given the Spider V MkII family a brand-new Classic Speaker mode. This mode recreates the way in which a classic guitar speaker responds, giving you authentic amp-to-speaker tones.

Now you can select between Full Range and Classic Speaker modes for the perfect sound in any situation.

The Spider V MkII family

The updated Spider V MkII family includes a full range of amps for any player. From the compact Spider V30 MkII combo, to the fully-featured Spider V 240 MkII 2x12 combo and Spider V 240HC MkII head (with built-in stereo reference speakers), there’s a Spider amp for any skill level and any musical situation.
