The Recorder is a prominent member of the Woodwind family and is considered to be one of the most accessible musical instruments to play. As well as being used in Orchestras, Recorders are popular in schools as a practical method of teaching music theory.

We offer a selection of both Descant Recorders and Treble Recorders from the likes of Yamaha and Hornby, as well as a range of excellent value Recorders of our own. Nuvo Toots and Doods and the Yamaha Venova are an excellent way to introduce kids to playing either the flute or the clarinet. While both are lightweight have simple recorder fingering, the Nuvo Toot has a flute-style head and the Nuvo Dood has a clarinet-style mouthpiece.
