The optional hardware MPEG encoder module provides high-quality MPEG 1 & 2 encoding in Realtime*. Creating Video CD's and preparing media for DVD authoring is a fast and easy.
Encode directly from a live DV Source
with the recently developed MediaCruise application, the DVStormSE fitted with the StormEncoder provides realtime encoding from a live DV source (as well as analog). MediaCuise will also playback encoded MPEG files through DVStormSE's video out.
