The Mesa/Boogie Badlander 25 Combo delivers the aggressive character of the Rectifier family in a compact, lower-powered all-valve format. Combining a 25-watt EL84 power section with a 12" Celestion Creamback 65 speaker, it provides powerful stage and studio tones while remaining considerably more manageable than a traditional high-powered Rectifier.

Two independent channels each offer Clean, Crunch and Crush operating modes. This Channel Cloning design allows either channel to be configured for clean, overdriven or high-gain operation, providing considerable flexibility when creating contrasting sounds. Each channel also features dedicated Gain, Treble, Mid, Bass, Presence and Master controls.

The power amplifier uses a pair of EL84 valves and can be switched between 25 and 10 watts. This allows the amplifier's response and available headroom to be adapted for different playing environments while retaining the dynamic response and harmonic character of a valve power stage.

An integrated Mesa CabClone IR system significantly expands the Badlander's recording capabilities. Eight selectable cabinet impulse responses are provided alongside a balanced XLR direct output, headphone connection and USB connectivity. The internal reactive load also allows silent operation without using the internal speaker, making the amplifier particularly useful for recording and home practice.

A fully buffered valve-driven series effects loop accommodates external effects, while the included footswitch provides remote channel selection. Manufactured and hand-wired in the USA, the Badlander 25 combines professional construction with Mesa/Boogie's distinctive modern high-gain character.
