Solid Spruce & Laminated Wild Cherry Construction

The Art & Lutherie Legacy features a solid spruce top which produces a broad dynamic range with a crisp, articulate tonal output, providing a rich, pleasing sound that only gets better with age. In addition, the Legacy's solid spruce top adds to the guitar's rich sonic performance and delivers a focused, clear sound with deep lows, a warm mid-range, and bright singing highs. Furthermore, its stunning solid top is attached to 3-layer solid lamination wild cherry back and sides, offering a great tonal output and excellent durability. Its wild cherry laminate body also projects a tone that falls between the mellow sound of mahogany and the bright tonality of maple. Lastly, the overall tone produced is able to accommodate blues, folk, and old school pickers as well as medium strength strumming.

Silver Leaf Maple Neck & Rosewood Fingerboard

Constructed from silver leaf maple, the Legacy's neck adds a bright tonal output with great sustain to the guitar's overall sound. Additionally, the Legacy also features a double action truss rod, which offers stability and relief of the neck. With mahogany's incredible response, the player is certain to adore the Legacy's subtle nuances that are projected beautifully. Furthermore, the neck is topped with a rosewood fingerboard that adds warmth and clarity to the guitar's sound while providing a smooth, energetic platform for the right hand. In addition, the Godin Q1T preamp has been specifically contoured and voiced for the Legacy to ensure a rich and natural amplified performance. Furthermore, the preamp features retro-inspired rotary controls for volume, bass, and treble, allowing the player to add extra sonic-characteristics to their amplified sound. Lastly, the player is also certain to benefit from the preamp's built-in tuner, offering quick and easy tuning on-the-go.
