Constructed from a Laminated Mahogany body with solid Mahogany top and featuring a C shape Maple neck the Hellcat offers a deep, rich tone and effortless playability. The Tim Armstrong Hellcat also incorporates a 19 fret Rosewood fingerboard, Fishman ISYS III preamp with tuner, Rosewood bridge, GraphTech NuBone nut and saddle and open geared vintage style tuners.

Mahogany Body and Top

Constructed from a lightweight laminated Mahogany body with a solid Mahogany top the Armstrong Hellcat Electro Acoustic provides a quick tonal response with impressive dynamics and an overall rounded tone. Furthermore the all Mahogany body delivers a warm and resonant tone with defined high response and prominent mid frequency attack.

Fishman ISYS III Electronics

The Tim Armstrong Electro Acoustic Guitar incorporates the unique and powerful Fishman ISYS III electronic pre-amp system which provides crisp, untainted and accurate reproduction of the rich Mahogany tone. With controls for bass, middle and treble eq manipulation, master volume and LED chromatic tuner the ISYS III packs in all the essential features allowing you to plug in and play through any amplifier, PA or DI box without the need of additional tonal shaping tools.

About Tim Armstrong

Tim Armstrong is an American guitarists, songwriter and producer best known for his guitar playing in punk rock outfit Rancid. Having also played in the supergroup The Transplants Tim Armstrong has had many years of experience in the music industry and runs his own record label called Hellcat Records and has written songs for artists such as Jimmy Cliff and Pink.
