The LD Systems MAUI 28 G3 MIX is a column PA system that delivers a massive 1,030 W RMS power (2,060 W peak) and a maximum SPL of 127 dB. It boasts a 12" subwoofer that provides powerful bass reproduction to give your music the low-end punch it deserves. The system is also equipped with twelve 3.5" full-range speakers that deliver balanced mids, and two 1" high-frequency drivers that ensure precise and silky highs. Whether you're a singer-songwriter, a DJ, or part of a small band, the MAUI 28 G3 MIX guarantees a clear, punchy, and precise sound reproduction.

Integrated digital mixer

The MAUI 28 G3 MIX features a digital 6-channel mixer with on-board effects and a footswitch input. This allows you to have complete control over your sound. The mixer offers intuitive Easy and Expert modes, where you can choose between a 3-band EQ or a more advanced 5-way full parametric control. The comprehensive effects section provides reverb, delay, and dynamics processing options to enhance your sound. Thanks to the wireless remote control via the free MAUI app, available on iOS and Android devices, you can conveniently control all mixer and effects settings from your smartphone or tablet.

SysLink technology

The MAUI 28 G3 MIX is equipped with SysLink technology, which allows you to connect two MAUI G3 MIX systems together. By linking two units, you can double the number of mixer channels, giving you even more flexibility and control over your sound. With the REMOTE button, you can seamlessly control all channels from one system, making it easier than ever to create the perfect mix for your performances.

Cardioid column design

The MAUI 28 G3 MIX features a cardioid column design, which ensures controlled low-mid and midrange sound dispersion. This means that the sound is focused towards the audience, resulting in a clean stage sound without excessive bleed. The columns are equipped with a BEM optimised HF waveguide and midrange phase plugs, which allow for a homogeneous dispersion of sound. This ensures that sound is evenly distributed across the entire 120° x 30° dispersion field, resulting in a highly precise reproduction of vocals and instruments.

Enhanced bass response

The MAUI 28 G3 MIX subwoofer is designed with an optimised bass-reflex design to improve bass response and reduce air flow noise. Equipped with a 12" woofer and four bass reflex ports, the subwoofer delivers a clear, tight, and punchy low end down to 37 Hz. For even more low-end power, you can combine the MAUI 28 G3 MIX with an additional MAUI 28 G3 subwoofer. This combination will not only increase the bass response by up to 6 dB but also allows for cardioid subwoofer setups at the push of a button.
