Building on the ever-expanding collection of virtual instruments, sounds and effects; IK Multimedia introduces their latest version of Total Studio, now including the SampleTron 2. That’s not all though, the plugin count is now at 63 with over 15,500 lifelike instruments, 490 studio-grade measuring at 470GB of content in total. Whether you’re a professional music producer, audio engineer, designer or editor – this bundle is a must-have.

The IK Multimedia SampleTron 2 is a deep emulation and sample library based upon retro tape sampling units. With over 400 tracks sampled directly from these rare vintage units, you can get Mellotron-style character at your fingertips immediately. Each preset can load three tracks, providing controls for split, layer, and solo settings, providing flexible sound manipulation and sampling options. IK's tape modelling provides authentic tape character with adjustable wow, flutter, bias, noise, tape snaps and erosion, ideal for lo-fi sounds or high-quality sampling with the warm harmonic distortion and vintage character that can bring your sound to life.

As well as the inclusion of SampleTron 2, Total Studio 3.5 Max also introduces eight new libraries for SampleTank as well as all of the four virtual X-Gear pedals available for AmpliTube. Six new T-RackS modules are also included comprised of the sought-after FAME Studio Reverb, Comprexxor and the Tascam Tape Collection.

With over 470 GB of samples, the extensive sounds of Total Studio 3.5 MAX cover absolutely everything from cinematic sounds, to drums, experimental keys, stage pianos, synthesizers, and modern packs for reggaeton, synthwave, and trap music, you can find samples to slot into any piece of music, or something that spark new and original ideas. Somewhere within this massive library are sounds that you'll want to be the basis of your next production, and with easy filtering and searching options, you can find it in a matter of moments.

Extensive virtual instruments

Full of high-quality virtual instruments, Total Studio 3.5 MAX includes Syntronik, an advanced waveform-sampled synthesizer emulation suite that lets you harness the sounds of legendary analog synths with authenticity and realistic oscillator drift for thick, warm electronic sounds and the ability to mix-and-match the sounds of these legendary units together. Ever wondered what a Juno would sound like through an SEM filter? Syntronik puts this power in your hands.

Also included, the Hammond B-3X, made in collaboration with the manufacturers of the original unit and lovingly modelled from multiple real-life units to emulate every electrical component that makes up the instrument. The Miroslav Philharmonik 2 is a complete orchestral library that creates a living, breathing orchestra in your hands for fluid, expressive play. Supported by IK's two groundbreaking physical-modelling instruments, MODO Bass and MODO Drum allow fluid, deep customisation with a natural sound that's almost indistinguishable from the real thing. Whatever the method used to create them, IK have demonstrated their ability to create convincing, expressive and realistic virtual instruments, which are all included in this bundle.

Full mixing and mastering solution

To complete the full studio software suite, Total Studio 3.5 MAX includes ARC 3, the acoustics assistant software that will analyze the frequency response of your room and help you treat it to get it sounding its very best, making sure you're ready to mix in the best-sounding space possible. The full versions of T-RackS 5 MAX, complete with expansion modules Sunset Sound Studio Reverb and the Tape Machine Collection allow you to really dial in any mix.

The inclusion of MixBox, the 500-series inspired rack system provides the ability for you to harness not only the power of T-RackS 5's expansive effects, but also modules from Syntronik and AmpliTube for longer and more customisable effects chains, perfect for sound design as well as mixing. Then, for final touches, to get the high-end polish in mastering, not only do you have the advanced limiting, compression and EQ modules from T-RackS, but also the Lurssen Mastering Console, a closely modelled and accurate recreation of Gavin Lurssen and Reuben Cohen's mastering chain, putting a Grammy award-winning mastering chain in your hands.
