DISC Intellijel Quadra (12HP) Overview
The Intellijel Quadra is an envelope generator featuring 4 parallel function generators with 3 modes: attack-decay, attack-sustain-release and cycle (LFO). Each function can either have a linear or exponential curve depending on where the switch is positioned and they feature a wide time base control from 0.5ms to over 30 seconds. The cycle feature on the Quadra acts as an LFO and you can adjust the shape and rate of the LFO with the attack and decay attenuators. A handy module for having full control over attack and decay times from a synth, keyboard or sequencer.

The Quadra is a useful module and can be used on its own as four AD or ASR envelope generators making it an ideal module for sequencers. However, when used with the Quadra Expander it enhances the core functionality by allowing attenuated voltage control over attack and decay for each function generator as well as a quadrature mode and a analog or mixer for each function generator pair, expanding the possibility for more sound manipulation.
