Tracktion 3 gives you a full arsenal of composition and recording tools, such as the time-saving Loop Browser, multiple-pass loop recording, streamlined MIDI editor, tons of virtual instruments, time stretch/pitch shift, and an unlimited track count so you can go wherever your inspiration takes you. An intuitive single-screen interface puts everything where you can easily get to it, and Safe Record guarantees there won't be any untentional wipeouts. Tracktion 3's 64-bit/192kHz-capable mix engine gives you high-definition sound with great headroom for pro-level results.

ReWire and Quicktime video support

Tracktion 3 includes full ReWire 2.0 support, allowing you to integrate it with other applications. Stream audio and MIDI from linked programs through Tracktion 3 for even more functionality. For those composing music for video applications, Tracktion 3 supports Quicktime video playback. You can simply select a movie and start tracking - and Quicktime and Tracktion 3 are cross-platform compatible, making it as easy to share video projects as it is to swap audio.

Editing made easy

Once tracks have been imported or recorded, Tracktion 3 presents them as easily manipulated audio clips. The MIDI editor function is also clear, easy to use, and powerful. Updates such as Folder Tracks, Collection Clips, and a handy Marker Track give you even more control than before over clips. Mix automation is a snap, and rack filter and track freezing functions allow for a streamlined mixing process that won't choke your CPU. An amazing range of effects plug-ins included with Tracktion 3 ranges from dynamics to reverb to modulation and more, and Tracktion 3 supports third-party VST and VSTi plug-ins.
