Key Features
The Meinl Percussion 2" Aluminum Samba Beater, Pair is designed for samba players seeking authentic tone and reliable control. Built around solid aluminium sticks, these beaters give you a stable, consistent feel that helps keep rhythms tight across rehearsals and performances. The 2" red felt heads are sized to bring out clear attack and focused low-end response, making them well suited to surdos and repiniques in traditional samba settings.
Comfort matters when you're playing for long periods, and that's where the foam grips come in. They sit comfortably in the hand and help reduce fatigue, while still giving you the control needed for dynamic playing. With a 15" length, the balance feels natural, helping you move confidently between strokes. Made in Thailand using quality materials, this pair is a practical choice for players who want dependable beaters that simply do the job, gig after gig.
