The EVOX JMIX8 features an integrated mixer that can be managed from the operating panel. It offers a dynamic compressor with 6 different presets, as well as a 7-band graphic EQ for fine tuning the frequency response of the system. The mixer also provides 4 mastering processing presets to give you a powerful overall sound from the start. There are also a range of realistic guitar amp and cabinet emulations that allow you to get a great guitar sound. Additionally, the mixer features a range of easy-to-use effects including 80 high quality presets from the premium RCF Z.CORE.DSP. These include chorus, tremolo, and flanger, as well as delay and reverbs. On-board there are 40 different reverbs, 20 delays, and 20 modulation types to shape your sound.
A downloadable iOS/Android app allows you to control the mixer from your smartphone via Bluetooth. This allows you to access each of the mixer’s parameters even while playing, allowing you to make changes without having to stand next to the speaker.

The EVOX JMIX8 PA system is designed using FiRPHASE, which is an advanced FIR filtering technology. It has been designed to deliver transparent sound, clarity, and perfect stereo images to the listener to provide the best sound possible. It works by optimising dynamics, amplitude and phase patterns, taking accurate measurements of the loudspeaker phase. The FiRPHASE algorithm then uses the measurements and adapts the loudspeaker’s phase without touching the amplitude equalisation.
