Key Features
The RATstands Microphone Boom Stand and Bag is a portable setup for musicians, performers, and broadcasters who need flexible microphone positioning and convenient transport. Built from aluminium, the stand supports microphones up to 2.5 kg with the boom half extended, or 1.2 kg at full height and extension. Its telescopic boom reaches 61 cm, with adjustable tilt and swivel to help you position your microphone exactly where you need it.
Need to switch between vocals and instruments? The friction-locking mechanism lets you adjust the stand's height between 51 cm and 185 cm without fiddling with screws or levers. Plus, its compact base fits into tighter spaces, while rubber feet provide extra grip. Once you're finished, the stand folds completely flat without disassembly, ready to pack into the included padded bag. Dense padding helps prevent scratches during transport, while a separate zipped pocket keeps your accessories organised. With an adjustable shoulder strap and padded handle, carrying your setup between gigs is straightforward.
