With up to 16 velocity layers, multiple round robins, and articulations including open, secco, and damped techniques, performances remain natural even during repeated passages. The timpani receive particularly comprehensive treatment, with extensive sampling across their full playing range, release-triggered rolls, glissandos, and performance interval rolls for smooth, expressive writing.
