Authentic tonewheel sound in a lightweight format
The Mojo Classic recreates the legendary tonewheel organ sound using the same audio engine as the GSi VB3-II virtual instrument. Instead of running on a computer, it is powered by Crumar’s dedicated DSP hardware, which is optimised specifically for this organ. This ensures ultra-low latency, stable performance, and no external devices needed. You can expect full polyphony across both manuals and pedalboard, adjustable key click, real drawbars, and control over foldback and tonewheel leakage. With 22 tonewheel sets included, plus shaping tools and realistic percussion behaviour, this organ replicates every detail of a vintage unit.
Playability and feel designed for real organists
The Mojo Classic features two 61-note semi-weighted waterfall keybeds, designed to feel natural for organists. Each keybed is velocity-sensitive, offering flexibility when using layered or external MIDI sounds. The control layout includes dual sets of 9 drawbars, pedalboard drawbars, percussion controls, vibrato switches, and a rotary speaker speed toggle. Drawbar Hold mode gives quick access to alternative drawbar settings during live sets. You also get pedal-to-lower mode and manual split functions, giving you control over how you divide or layer sounds for any playing style.
Flexible sound shaping and built-in effects
The onboard sound controls give you detailed tone shaping without needing extra gear. You can fine-tune elements like tonewheel leakage, resistor wiring types, scanner vibrato depth, and key click level. There are also knobs for EQ, overdrive, reverb, and percussion volume. The rotary speaker simulation includes virtual mic placement, rotor brake position, and tube-like feedback. These tools let you craft your sound exactly how you want it, from subtle background texture to full-on vintage grit.
Connectivity built for modern setups
The Mojo Classic is ready for any environment, whether you're gigging or recording. It includes MIDI In and Out, USB MIDI, and two USB host ports for updates and Wi-Fi control. You also get balanced audio outputs, a headphone jack, and pedal inputs for expression, sustain, and rotary switching. A shift button gives access to alternate functions like transposition and rotary bypass. Everything is designed to be fast, reliable, and simple to integrate into your setup, giving you the flexibility you need on stage or in the studio.
